Description

Description The GBPN, by the Climate Works Foundation, GBPN carries out research and distributes the knowledge to diverse key stakeholders in energy performance in buildings to capture the economic, technical potential of energy performance in buildings. Updated September 2016.
Objectives To provide intelligence to optimize building energy policies and accelerate net zero energy

or positive energy for new buildings, deep renovation for existing buildings, and integrated renewables.

Activities Between 12 and 14 of September 2018, the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco will bring together leaders and experts from around the world to celebrate achievements in the climate agenda and set more ambitious climate mitigation goals for the future. The Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) and the Global Building Performance Network(GBPN) are taking this opportunity to gather stakeholders in sustainable buildings and construction to meet and learn about how local governments are driving zero-emission, efficient and resilient building and construction sectors.
