Description

Description	EISA was founded in May 2001 with the common aim of developing and promoting sustainable farming systems, which are an essential element of sustainable development. EISA is an alliance of national organisations of seven European countries (France, Germany, Luxembourg, hungary, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Austria) aimed at developing and promoting sustainable farming systems. EISA has set up a network of demonstration farms to demonstrate Integrated Farming and promotes Integrated Farming throughout Europe. EISA aims to establish the EISA Framework as the European farming guideline for sustainable agriculture. Updated September 2015.
