Organisational structure A democratic process of decision making is at the core of ECF. The Annual General Meeting which gathers all member organisations is the highest decision-making body, appointing the Board and approving new ECF members.

The board is composed by a President, a Treasurer and a Vice-President and it has the duty of assuring that the interests of the members are pursued all year long.

Description

Description The European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) is pledged to ensure that bicycle use achieves its fullest potential so as to bring about sustainable mobility and public well-being and to assist the EU achieve its climate goals. To achieve these aims, ECF seeks to change attitudes, policies and budget allocations at the European level. ECF will stimulate and organise the exchange of information and expertise on bicycle related transport policies and strategies as well as the work of the cyclists’ movement.
Objectives Growth of participaion: Double cycling in 2030. Halve the number of cycling fatalities.
